We recently made updates to our Workers’ Compensation and Employer’s Liability policy, which have been approved by the California Department of Insurance.

The revisions to the policy, which take effect January 1, 2025, clarify language in several sections to conform to the National Council on Compensation Insurance (NCCI), and to recognize the regulatory and legislative developments in the industry.
