Why go paperless?
Opting in to receive paperless invoices, payroll reports and other documents is great for you and for the environment. Reducing paper use means being environmentally responsible and saving trees. It also means saving you time and money - electronic documents don’t take up physical space in your office, are easy to organize, and are accessible any time of the day or night making it easy for you to take care of business at a time that’s convenient for you.
What it means to go paperless
Going paperless means that you’ll receive most of your workers’ comp documents electronically. With ePayment, you’ll get email notifications when you have a new invoice. ePayroll provides email notifications when you have a new payroll report to complete, and eDocuments alerts you to important documents that are ready for viewing.
Please Note:
Due to state insurance regulations, there are still a few documents we are required to send via mail. These documents are generally ones that require an action on your part, like a signature.
How do I enroll?
Signing up is easy. If you’re already a State Fund Online user, simply log into your account, click the ePayroll, ePayment, eDocuments button on the homepage, check the paperless services boxes you would like to sign up for, and enter your email address. It’s that simple.
