In addition to ensuring the best outcome, some steps are required to be completed within certain timeframes after a work injury occurs or is known.

Getting Treatment For Your Injured Worker

Immediate treatment of the injury could include calling 911, providing first aid, and/or sending the injured worker to a physician in State Fund’s Medical Provider Network or their predesignated physician.

If you need assistance finding a physician or scheduling an appointment, you can contact our Medical Access Assistants, Monday through Saturday, 7 AM to 8 PM.

Claims can be filed any time 24/7. Besides filing a claim, State Fund Online provides tools to manage your claim and communicate directly with your claims adjuster.

If you bound your policy with us through, you will use the username and password you created there to access State Fund Online.

Over the phone

Call our customer support line, at (888) 782-8338, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Our staff will complete the paperwork on your behalf right over the phone and immediately assign a claim number to your case. We will refer you to a physician and will provide you written copies of all documents by mail or fax.
