We’re thrilled to announce that State Fund’s IIPP Builder℠, a free tool designed to help businesses easily create a workplace safety program, is now available in Spanish.

Launched in 2021, our IIPP Builder has become a valuable resource for California employers, simplifying the creation of their Cal/OSHA-required Injury and Illness Prevention Program (IIPP). The tool walks users through the entire IIPP development process, generating a customized safety plan that meets their business needs.

“Since its introduction four years ago, we’ve dedicated efforts to broadening the use and impact of the State Fund IIPP Builder℠," said Emmett Bradshaw, State Fund’s Safety Support and Technology Manager. “Recognizing that Spanish is the primary language for over 28% of Californians, making the tool available in Spanish was a logical choice to support more employers in building and implementing a safety program that works for them."
