We’re Sending Fewer Letters
Our customers have told us they would like to receive fewer paper documents from us when possible. To that end, we recently launched a new initiative that will reduce the number of courtesy copy letters, including notices about injured workers’ medical appointments, approvals for treatment, etc., automatically sent to our policyholders regarding their claims. Your clients will still receive all important letters, including those mandated by regulations.
This initiative will result in fewer paper documents for our policyholders to manage, save paper, and align with our efforts to be better stewards of the environment. Your clients will not miss any crucial information and can always access State Fund Online or contact their adjuster to check the status of a claim.
