Three Online Enhancements That Save You Time

Three new features are coming to our broker portal on September 1 to help you save time.

  1. Reset your password without the help of our customer service center.

This system update gives you the ability to reset your password if you get locked out after too many attempts. Once the update takes effect, you’ll be prompted to select a personal security question and answer to help resolve any future login errors quickly and more efficiently, without the need for a phone call.

  1. Find a policy without entering the affiliated access number.

If you have multiple access numbers, there is no longer a need to remember which access number is associated with which policy. You can now find what you need using only the policy number(s) for which you have permission to view.

  1. Find claims information without first entering the specific access number.

When searching for a claim, it is no longer necessary to enter the individual access number for that claim. You now have access to all claims information associated with the broker access number(s) for which you have permission to view.
