Customer Surveys for Brokers and Policyholders

As of September 15, 2026, we have launched two key customer surveys to gather your feedback and enhance our services. Brokers participated earlier this month, and now policyholders can share their insights in a survey running from September 14 to September 30.

Your responses help us refine product offerings, improve communication, and create a more responsive experience. Recent improvements based on last year’s feedback include a streamlined quoting process, a virtual assistant for faster support, and enhanced broker portal features.

Please encourage your clients to check their email for the survey invitation and take a few minutes to share their thoughts. Feedback is vital to our continued progress.
