Investment and Risk Committee Meeting Schedule

The Investment & Risk Committee was first established in 2008. In February 2018, Risk was added in recognition of evolving risk issues and it assists the Board in fulfilling its oversight of investment strategy, enterprise risk management and cybersecurity. The Committee is responsible for:

• overseeing State Fund’s capital, investments and financial resources;
• advising the Board on issues related to State Fund’s Investment Policy Statement and Guidelines (“Investment Policy”) particularly in light of changing business, legislative, regulatory, legal or other conditions;
• evaluation of the integrity and effectiveness of State Fund’s enterprise risk management procedures, including the enterprise risk management framework, key risk policies and critical risk tolerances adopted by State Fund; and
• oversight of State Fund’s cyber risk management strategy.
