As Executive Vice President of Public Affairs, Jonathon leads several State Fund programs including Corporate Marketing, Corporate Communications, Direct Channel, Digital Experience, and Policy Business Technology. Jonathon joined State Fund in 2018 as Senior Vice President of Corporate Communications, and became a member of State Fund’s Executive Committee in 2026.
Prior to joining State Fund, Jonathon held a variety of roles in marketing and communication functions at the Sacramento Municipal Utility District (SMUD), InsWeb Corporation, Wachovia Bank, Hansen Information Technologies, SAFE Credit Union, and Amazon.com.
Jonathon earned a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature from the University of Puget Sound and the University of Aberdeen, Scotland.
