The primary component of workers’ compensation insurance premium is the amount of payroll paid to employees during the policy period.
In addition to estimated annual payroll for the year, we require an accurate count of every full-time and part-time employee for each location of the employer.
Full-time: An employee who works 1,500 hours or more annually and are paid in one class code. Part-time: An employee who works less than 1,500 hours annually. Note: If a full-time employee has payroll split across multiple class codes, list the employee as part-time for each class code they work.
