State Fund is in partnership with CalHR to provide workers’ compensation services to state agencies. This site is provided for state agencies participating in the Master Agreement administered through CalHR. This site contains tools and information to assist state agencies in the provision of workers' compensation benefits.

Medical Access Assistants (MAA)

Should you need assistance locating an available MPN physician or scheduling a medical appointment, and are not able to reach your claims adjuster, medical access assistants are available to help you Monday through Saturday, 7:00 AM-8:00 PM by phone, fax, and email.

Master Agreement

CalHR has released a copy of the Interagency Agreement between the CalHR and State Fund for the period of July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2024. This document, commonly referred to as the "Master Agreement" is your guide and can be downloaded in Adobe PDF document format.

    State Fund Fights Fraud

    Each State Contract Services Office has a Fraud Liaison who is there to help report suspected fraudulent claims and provide information on fraud prevention.
