Audit Portal

Use the below option if your letter instructed you to login to the Audit Portal. Your login ID and temporary password are included in the letter.

Secure File Upload Portal

Use the Secure File Upload Portal if you don't have your letter. Download and complete the fillable audit forms found at the bottom of this page and upload them with the records requested.
