Please e-mail us your Audio Visual Request when making your reservation, and include the Audio Visual title and selection number. The use of our safety video’s and DVD’s is only available to State Fund policyholder’s and there is no charge for this added service.

Audio Visual products will be mailed out at least one week prior to show date. Audio Visual materials are due back seven days after the show date. No more than three Audio Visual products may be borrowed by policyholders at any one time.
Media materials must be returned in a bubble wrap, padded envelope or a secure box to prevent damage. All borrowed items must be shipped UPS Ground or U.S. Postal Service “Priority” mail and insured for $400.00 each.
*Additional requests for Audio Visual resources will not be processed until previously borrowed items have been returned.
