State Fund Explains Workers' Comp in Free Seminar

BAKERSFIELD, CA --- State Compensation Insurance Fund is holding a free seminar to help employers to better understand their workers’ compensation insurance policies and the services available through their organization.

The event is scheduled for December 8 in Bakersfield.

Presentations given by State Fund professionals will show employers:

  • How claims costs can be controlled
  • What to expect during an audit and required documents
  • How to make sense of workers’ comp laws and procedures

Registration and complimentary continental breakfast begin at 8:00 a.m. at the State Fund Bakersfield Regional Office, 9801 Camino Media. The seminar will end at 11:00 a.m.
