State Fund and CHP Holding Free Driving Strategies Workshop

SAN JOSE, CA --- State Compensation Insurance Fund and the California Highway Patrol have partnered to present a statewide series of free safety workshops addressing enhanced driving strategies.

The next scheduled event is on June 25 in San Jose.

Conducted by the CHP, the presentation is designed for employers who manage drivers as part of their business operation.

Safe driving strategies, driver training topics, and effective action plans will be discussed. In addition, tools will be provided to improve existing defensive driving plans and safety programs.

Registration and complimentary continental breakfast begin at 8:00 a.m. at the State Fund San Jose Regional Office, 6203 San Ignacio Avenue. The workshop will end at noon.

The event is free and open to the public, but due to limited seating, early registration is recommended.
