These are dynamic times for State Fund. The organization is being reengineered, business processes are being improved, and investments in technology are being made to make doing business with State Fund easier.
State Fund is rolling out a new Internet-based feature that enhances and simplifies our business submission process. To enable the implementation of the streamlined processes as soon as possible, the new online product will be rolled out in three phases:
Online Submissions. Our online submissions product will allow the submission of applications to State Fund through the Internet. Brokers will have the option of keying data directly into State Fund Online or using their agency management system to populate the application’s fields. By allowing brokers to utilize their agency management system to upload information and submit business through a portal directly to State Fund personnel, State Fund eliminates the need for mailing, faxing, or e-mailing applications. A list of compatible agency management systems that interface with State Fund’s online submission product can be viewed online.
Online Renewals. This great feature will give brokers the power to renew their policies online, quickly and efficiently, and at their convenience.
Online Quoting. In the third phase, our new robust quoting system will enable brokers to obtain quotes and submit applications—even a large number of them—online.
Online quoting is a top priority in the marketplace. This new online product will make submitting and renewing policies much easier for State Fund staff and our business partners.
