The Privacy Office shall within a reasonable time from the date of receipt of a proper request: a) provide access to the private or confidential information, b) deny access in writing explaining the reasons therefore, or c) acknowledge the receipt of the request. Request to correct private or confidential information shall be responded to within a reasonable time.
