Audit Committee Meeting Schedule 2010

The purpose of the Audit Committee is to assist the Board in fulfilling its responsibility for oversight of the quality and integrity of the accounting, auditing, and financial reporting practices of State Fund. Its role includes monitoring and overseeing State Fund's financial reporting, management of business and financial risk, monitoring internal control, and assuring compliance with significant legal, ethical, and regulatory requirements.
